  I recomended this company to my son and his girlfriend,i am sorry that i did. First we sent them an E-Mail and waited for a call back that didnt happen so we called them .
  They could't do the job for 2 weeks and my son had a broken window when they finally came they only put security screens on half the window .
  My son works away and wanted to make sure his family was safe, so he put shutters on 7 windows and decided to put the security screens on the 3 that were left. Now all someone has to do, to break in is throw a pojectile object through the 2 windows that have no protection. They didnt even ask my son, if half a screen would be ok. So after spending $20,000.00 on shutters and screens Mundaring Glass and security, made the money spent pointless.
  They don't seem to understand security. Maybe they should RE-THINK their values and TRAIN their staff in better CUSTOMER service.
